You just made a really strong choice, because from this point on, you no longer have to wonder if the entertainment, announcements, timeline flow, or dancefloor energy are going to come together… that’s now on me.

My job is not simply to show up and play music. Instead, my job is to help create the rhythm of the evening, keep the celebration moving smoothly, eliminate unnecessary stress, and make sure the room feels fun, natural, and unforgettable from the first introduction to the final song.

Over the coming months I’ll guide you through the planning process, help with the little details couples often overlook, and keep everything feeling manageable and easy. And one thing you will quickly learn about me… I respond ASAP, because good communication makes this whole experience far more enjoyable.

	STEP 1: MONTHLY PLANNING EMAILS BEGIN Starting About 6 Months Before The Wedding Beginning around the six-month mark, I’ll start sending you monthly planning emails filled with ideas, music thoughts, sample timelines, reception suggestions, and important conversation starters. These help me understand your style and help you begin visualizing exactly how you want the day to feel.
STEP 2: COMPLETE YOUR PLANNING WORKSHEET Sent Around 1 Month Before The Wedding About one month before the wedding, I’ll send your detailed planning worksheet to complete. This gathers all final names, songs, formalities, announcements, and timeline details. I wait until this point intentionally, because wedding plans tend to change and I want the information to be as accurate as possible.
	STEP 3: FINAL DETAILS CALL Usually The Week Of The Wedding After reviewing your worksheet, we’ll schedule a final planning call to go over every important detail together — timeline flow, introductions, music timing, vendor coordination, logistics, and any last-minute questions. This call is where everything gets locked in and stress gets lifted.
STEP 4: PARTY TIME! You Celebrate — I Handle The Rest Wedding day arrives and your only responsibility is to enjoy it. I’ll take care of the flow, the music, the announcements, the guest energy, and keeping everything moving naturally so you can focus on making memories while your guests have an absolute blast.
