Whether it is Homecoming, Prom, Winter Formal or just an ordinary dance, making sure every student has a great time is important to me. Making sure the staff and school understand I respect what is an acceptable song and non-acceptable song is also important.
With today’s music, it is difficult to find songs that do not have foul language or sexual and drug references. I have clean versions of everything and respect the fact that although kids may listen to unedited versions on the listening devices, it is not appropriate in a school related setting.
I have the knowledge to walk the fine line between keeping the kids interested and not playing offensive music. Many area schools have me come back year after year because they know they don’t have to worry about what music I will play. They know I can be trusted.
